The NBS4KTT project, promoted by Porto Business School (PBS) in co-promotion with Estação Biológica de Mértola (EBM), aims to enhance the economic valorization of R&D results and strengthen the transfer of scientific and technological knowledge on Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) for the development of SME business models in the North and Alentejo regions, addressing key global sustainability challenges.
To achieve this, the project implements actions including knowledge sharing and interaction, demonstration and experimentation of disruptive pilot solutions, and dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge to the business sector, focusing on SMEs within the value chains of Agriculture and Livestock; Forestry and Game Management; Nature Tourism; Environment and Landscape.
